Woman who run with wolves
"Hey, have you heard of this cool book called Women who run with Wolves? It was written by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, a really smart lady with a PhD. It came out in 1992 and it's all about these awesome wild women. Each chapter tells a different story about these wise and ageless women, and how we all have a bit of that wildness inside us.
Let me give you a quick summary of the first chapter called The Howl: a Resurrection of the wild women. So there's this wolf lady named La Loba who lives in the desert and she collects bones. But get this, when she gathers a whole skeleton, she sings to it and brings it back to life! It's like she's saying that even old and forgotten ideas or powers can be brought back to life if we use our soul voice. To do that, a woman has to tap into a deep love and let that energy guide her. The gathering of the bones is like a creative action that helps with healing, dreaming, dancing, and all that good stuff.
I gotta tell you, this book is seriously amazing. It really helped me understand the feminine side of myself. You should totally check it out!"
