It's like a controlled illusion, a dense and dark world that has been around for a long time. We, as humans, are like a special part of something bigger, like a source or a universe. We've been put into physical bodies to live on Earth and experience different kinds of energy. Duality is when energy gets separated and distorted from the unity of everything. The cool thing about humans is that we can hold both dark and light energy inside us. We have the power to choose whether we want negative or positive experiences. It's pretty amazing! This power helps us navigate through this dark and controlling world and also helps our planet.
